This picture doesn't do it justice, but here's a look at our Monkfish special from last weekend. The fish is pan seared and served over house made herb fettucini with sauteed heirloom tomatoes, spinach, wild mushrooms, and finished with a lobster demi glaze. Please join us for dinner to see what tasty specials are on the menu this weekend!

Duck liver pate served with traditional garnish (mustard, balsamic fig reduction, truffle honey, cornichons, cranberry raisin almond crackers, and bacon) and Chilled Melon Soup (made with honeydew melon, garnished with mini cantaloupe balls, strawberries & blueberries, goat cheese, and a hint of mint)

Zucchini blossoms are in season and in full bloom at Chef Latour's garden!! Imagine them filled with goat cheese, brie, and a bit of parmesan, lightly battered in tempura and fried. Then nestled beside mixed greens & tomato with an aged gouda vinaigrette... Well you don't have to imagine anymore, come try this special appetizer today! Bon appetit!
